Glacier Relief Panel

A commission for the library atrium: the ridgeline above town rendered as a true topographic relief, each contour pulled from survey data and cut into a foam pattern on the CNC. Aluminum was the right call for a hanging panel this size — light enough to mount on a stud wall, and it takes the morning light on its cut faces without any finish at all. We bead-blasted the flats and left the ridges bright.
